Mary has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, using her skills to treat a variety of different conditions. She works to help you to reduce pain, and regain movement and strength after injury, surgery or illness. She believes an important part of treatment is teaching how to treat and look after yourself and to prevent problems re-occurring. She works with you to help to stretch, mobilise and strengthen your joints, tissues and muscles, correcting imbalances that may have occurred, working with the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms.

Mary works with people of all ages, from “young at hearts” to children and adolescents and treats a wide variety of injuries and conditions

Mary is based in Malvern College Sports Complex and can provide complete rehabilitation physiotherapy, with full use of all the facilities including the pool and state of the art fitness gym to use with patients to ensure that people regain their full optimal function (In plain language this means enabling you to get back to your activities as soon as possible). For those of you who do not feel you a “Sporty type” please do not let ‘sports complex’ put you off. It is a wonderful light airy space which will inspire you to reach your full potential!

Mary is a BUPA and AXAPPP provider and is covered by most health insurances.
