Jackie's main aim is to provide expert nutritional advice and support and empower you through your health journey. She believes that good nutrition is vital to health and that the benefits of other therapies and treatments can be enhanced by the inclusion of a healthy, nutritious diet.
As a working mother, she is aware of the pressure of modern life and her aim is to provide realistic and practical dietary, supplement and testing advice to suit individual lifestyle and budget.

Jackie is also a fitness instructor for David Lloyd, Worcester and educates the 'Lose and Shape up' weight management group in nutrition every week at David Lloyd covering information such as blood sugar balance, the real truth about carbohydrates, protein and fats, hydration etc. She was also instrumental in bringing cooking demos to the Worcester David Lloyd club. Every few weeks herself and the head chef present a cooking demo covering 'Paleo' style cooking to the Lose and Shape up groups, showing how easy it is to cook healthy and nutritious meals.
