I qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1989 from The Royal Liverpool Hospital, I then went on to gain experience in both NHS and private setting; working at the City Hospital Birmingham and Worcester NHS community before starting in private practice in 1997. I have also worked with Bromsgrove rugby club, to keep the players on the pitch. Catherine Adams Physiotherapy was established in 2006 in Bromsgrove, growing over this time with a team of 6 associates. Patients of all age groups are treated.

I  have extensive knowledge and  experience in the assessment and treatment of musculo-skeletal conditions.

I believe in assessing and treating the patient as a whole to settle symptoms, help the patient understand their problem to ensure their treatment is effective and appropriate to them.

Treatment may include soft tissue work, joint mobilisations/manipulation or acupuncture with  home exercises to reduce pain, improve mobility and maximise function.

I always  attend post graduate courses with CPD study days and evenings to keep knowledge progressive and up to date.
